What you're saying would be valid if he was out there playing with them. It's one thing if coaches are lecturing you consistently because that's their job but it's totally another thing when someone who is meant to play with you but can't is doing it. He's not even a seasoned NBA veteran who's been around for a long time.

Not to mention he has only been there a few months and hasn't played a game. And he had already just spoke out like 2 days prior. They don't know him like that and he hasn't earned enough respect to try to play that role on that team. Especially considering most of those guys have been there a few years together through playoff battles and whatnot.
