First off, dont take this as me trying to change opinions or in anyway hating on the Fetty Wap fans... I just think his stuff is pretty basic, I like 'Trap Queen', I heard it on the radio and it grabbed my ear. Then I listened to the rest of his songs online to see if i had a new favorite trash rapper, and more or less all his joints i could find sounded like very slight variation of melody, flow, approach and delivery to the point i just couldn't really get into them...

Now in real life I just leave people to enjoy their music, I never crticize another mans music but we are on a hip hop discussion board though, so I try to be respectful but have a discussion about the music. This particular discussion thread there are like 30 messages of dudes going 'fire', 'hotness', and various smilies...

From my perspective I just dont hear what these guys are hearing...
