The real estate company partnership he had with a black realtor and an African multimillionaire NBA player was about to build a mixed used development on the very site he died, but was also doing and proposing projects in Africa itself.

Hopefully these celebrities, and everybody honor Nipsey's legacy, by following in his footprints in whatever endeavor.

Every multimillionaire black entertainer, link with a multimillionaire black baller, and they both link with some black professionals and churn dirt in whatever endeavor. The blueprint is ready to be copied.
