fact is PES has been way ahead of the curve when it came to bringing out games. The game was superior in every area including Master League, Fifa straight bit everything from them starting around 2011 when they changed up game modes and the feeling of the game. PES is a game made by players of the game, FIFA was made by people who watch the game and try and make it look realistic, buy expensive licenses and keep every one out of the business like Madden did with 2K. They have the big bucks to do this, but in all reality the players seem like they are running on train tracks. The game is not a great game, just great animations and full licenses.

It is going to be hard for PES to regain the thrown with little budget and many fanboys not willing to try it based off of the biases and "non licenses" and graphics compared to fifa.

This is exactly why fifa sells so much, they paid for the rights to make a lackluster game and kill competition. They are the comcast of sports games...They know people will purchase every year with some new added "gimmick" that usually makes the game worse anyway.

I agree 100%. I used to be a PC gamer and I'd cop PES every year, because on PC you can get patches to make the game fully licensed. Fact is a game that lacks polish and a full license is hard to get other people to play with you, so Konami needs to make the investment and get all the big leagues fully licensed. I've watched FIFA bite PES to the point where the past three editions of FIFA have been better games. I hope PES this year is better and in the future they get some more licenses....because I don't want to be the one dude playing PES while all my boys play FIFA.

Exactly! I dont think they even get all of the licenses, I am sure EA has taken the rights to the leagues to prevent PES from getting this. Its funny because people who never took the interest to play PES doesnt know how the game has evolved off of the PES feel. Its sad, all of my friends are strictly on FIFA and wont even give PES a try.

Played the demo for PS4 and we back brehs!! . Only thing I noticed was slight motion lagging but the engine is crazy. Soccer ball movement seems aesthetically accurate. No more goofy ass perfect lob thru passes. We bout to eat is a couple of weeks

well the game is from 07, of course they made progress in all those years, but im not feelin the gameplay in fifa14 idk why, the players turn to slow when they get the ball and something is not right when players touch/hit each other and the passes are kind of slow, its like the fukking grass is not cut.
