Sources tell us the 67-year-old popped the question to ex-WCW manager Fifi the Maid — aka Wendy Barlow — and she’s been showing off the HUGE ring to people at appearances.

Back in 2012, TMZ broke the story that Flair’s fourth wife Jacqueline Beems filed for separation and accused him of cheating. Months later, Beems was arrested for allegedly threatening Fifi.
