Maybe, if you only look at coverage alone. But Deion is a greater Football player.
Baiting QB's into interception. Leaving his man to intercept balls on other receivers. Taking those interceptions back to the house. Punt return game.
Deion is overall better.

Cheating off of your own man to make a play on a ball thrown to somebody else is coverage alone? If so, then Deion is flat out better I guess.
So punt returns is coverage alone?
So the special abilities to take damn near any ball back to the house is coverage alone?

Punt return is special teams. You are intentionally focusing in on interceptions alone. Why aren't you bringing up tackling? Run support? The chasm between Revis and Deion's tackling is wider than the chasm between Revis and deion coverage skills.

Deion didn't help in run support, but dude made tackles on his man, he wasn't a liability at all. He didn't wrap up, but he would cut a nikka
And turnovers & defensive touchdowns are a huge part of the game. Deion having nearly twice as many, while QB's stayed away from him as much as Revis is significant. It's part of Deion's lore and what catapults his greatness.
Would you ever argue that the greatness of Revis's contribution as a tackler & run stopper is greater than Deion's athleticism, speed, & ball skills? All of which he used to get nearly twice as many interceptions as Revis?

Darrell is the better all-around defensive back.
