I think the Larry Holmes vetting process would benefit from further oversight. Just having a bad game doesn't put you on Larry Holmes status. There's a certain level of falling off that should be recognized before the papers are even submitted. Tony Romo is an example of someone that should never be put on Larry Holmes status as he was never really great imo.
