I know the response will be, "Blah blah blah Kliq And there's nothing you can do. " but I think it needs to be addressed how Orton couldn't even hit his finisher on Bryan to win. This is the second time in this storyline where he won by pinning Bryan after someone else's finisher.

Is the point of this NOT to make him look like a credible threat?

Bryan fans are weird as shyt(ok not all of them)

They KNOW that Orton was going to win tonight

They know that Bryan is going to make his comeback during the rumble

and they Know that he's going to have his title comeback in wrestlemania

but for some reason they want to make themselves mad and sad for no reason, maybe because they know what's going to happen and that's like a spoiler so if they make themselves believe that thier hero has fallen then it will feel great when he rises again

The thing is Bryan is a great wrestler and has more charisma than Ryback..and YES trumps FEED ME MORE easily..so even though he's out of the title picture he will still have a solid slot on the card and continue to be a crowd favorite. Ryback lost on like every PPV after last year's HIAC didn't he? and vanished for a while after Super Cena smashed him.

it's a scripted TV show and no matter how much we want our favorites to be the long reigning champ it doesn't always work that way. I've accepted this and there's nothing they can do to make me mad really.

who's mad tho? I gave up on anything positive coming Bryan's way in this story a long time ago, i watch for the matches and comedy at this point. plus interaction with you guys is fun.

I ain't saying you mad. I'm saying in general a lot of people get furious when angles and matches don't go the way they wanted. I saw a lot of dudes hitting brehs with the on this huge payoff after Summarslam but they ain't listen. So there is a chance Bryan ends up in a situation like you said..some will be mad I will just be like some others.

He has a point. Cena is back and all signs point to a Randy vs Big Show feud so where does that leave DB realistically? Punk more than likely will get in the World Title picture, and by now it's clear they have no faith in Bryan being anything more than a title chaser. It's not surprising at all but the reaction of the fans the last couple of PPV's should tell them something about the product at the moment.

He has to go against HHH at Survivor Series IMO. They can't stretch this feud to Wrestlemania so it's gonna go the direction Punk/Nash/Del Rio/HHH went almost.

That makes sense too but then that leaves Orton without a challenger unless they rush a Punk feud. I'd prefer Punk winning the Rumble

Indeed. People fail to see this shyt played out. Bryan cleanly pinned Cena at Summerslam, and the questionable ref easily could have counted to 30 in Bryan's NOC match with Orton. All of this is proving Bryan is main event level. Working with HHH is a top honor for anyone new to WWE. He only fights the top level talent. You cannot hide Bryan in the bushes forever, he will get the exposure.
