Nope he isn't average at all. He;s just not Eli or Drew Brees status. He makes great decisions and doesn't turn the ball over. That's something the read option shielded Kaep and RG3 from. Now without it they are blowing their loads left and right.

No read option qb will stay in the league more than 5 year without getting fukked up. Every running qb trying to learn how to be a pocket passer, and Brady who probably can't even jump rope is still styling.
