300 career carries, that's a large enough sample size IMOjudge a player by their first game in a offense they've been in less than a week brehs
with 270+ of them being for the browns. might as well throw those stats out the window, he's playing for a legit offense with threats now300 career carries, that's a large enough sample size IMO![]()
Fixed.Offensive Alabama Players dont translate well in the NFL, for the most part.
Trent hasn't had a chance to succeed yet. Last year he was hurt all season as a rookie including missing the entire preseason. This year his o-line was decimated by injuries, weeden was his qb,Gordon was only good wr,faced 8 man fronts, two coaching staffs with completely different philosophies in his two seasons and so on. He just got to the colts, give him time. With luck and the other weapons on offense, the load is no longer on his shoulder. No more 8 men in the box. Judge the man after the season instead of when he's trying to learn the Playbook
..and his coaches and teammates names.
He was picked # 3 overall though. The Colts gave up a 1st round pick for him, not to mention there are 2 backs that have been way more productive.
In todays NFL, unless you are a once in a generation type back its counter productive to pick a RB that high. He's not a once in a generation back.
