Poetical Poltergeist
Precise and cold hearted

I am picking a film that's somewhat forgotten but not really. I know most film roomers have had to of seen this flick though.

Anyway, this to me, is classic 80s flick in a decade that really wasn't known for fantasy films, good ones anyway. I'm not a big fantasy junkie myself but this movie has enough action, laughs and dope moments that it will always be a favorite...and the score is dope af.

Ron Howard directed this movie but I remember reading an article how he didn't have the greatest experience directing as George Lucas was right over his shoulder all the way through. Must of been a nightmare... But either way the movie turned out great, the plot is nothing original but Val Kilmer turned in maybe his most charismatic and heroic performance (I absolutely hate Batman Forever btw)of his career and he was also fukkin hilarious...very funny script. Warwick Davis did a great job as well, hard to criticize any of the performances, the brownies were hilarious and Joanne Walley was beautiful in this movie especially for a red head.

and the cinematography was excellent.
What y'all think, does Willow stand the test of time or is it just another run of the mill action adventure movie that was never really all that? I love this movie myself as do my kids which brings a smile to my face cuz that tells me this movie has aged well.
(I have no idea if this is a safe pick as the film room surprises me everytime, I do remember people in here, maybe was just 2 or 3, kind of hating on this movie a couple years back so it might get some blow back and I don't really see a whole lot of peeps calling it a classic. I know there's also a lot of youngins who only seen the LOTRs which is unfair to compare since this movie isn't even close to the size and budget and epicness of those movies but for me Willow is a much better watch as an overall action adventure movie)
@hex sticky this please bruh
