the first 2/3 of the movie was a 8/10

the last 1/3 was 7/10

I know this ain’t that type of movie expecting emotional range, but these motherfukkers too strong. That many people you care about dropping like that. shyt felt like on to the next day to them. not to mention homey still going through with event.

still enjoyed it a lot. shyt felt like s dark comedy 7.5/10

I'm in the minority cos I didn't think it was all that. I'm glad I didn't pay extra to see it in IMAX.

I've gotta see movie 6 now if you guys have it over #2

The log truck scene is iconic and likely the best premonition of all of them so I wouldn't be mad if people had it ranked higher. But with this one, it ain't just the premonition, I like the other twists they throw at you and the other kill scenes are pure horror excellence.. I think it has better overall kill scenes than most of these

I thought it was established in FD2 that new life (giving birth) stops death :jbhmm:

Guessing this was reconned then :patrice:

Kimberly Corman (the Main from FD2) and Officer Burke are confirmed by Bludworth in the movie to be alive because Kimberly died via Drowning but was brought back to life.

I just finished it, and im glad to see that pretty much everyone is on the same page with a certain death
-i kinda feel like death did alex a favor by killing him via brick. living like iris is no way to live

-considering theres only been 4 black people die in the series, id imagine that most of the black residents in town must have moved after random deaths of the survivors

-the opening massacre felt the most tense out of all of them. and to be honest outside the couple, the band, and the employees, i dont feel for any of those people. the biggest collection of a$$holes in one area it seemed. seeing some of those fukkers get folded felt good, and thats probably not the way to go if youre trying to get people to sympathize with these characters[

-since iris died in a way she was initially supposed to, and the kid douchebag died in a way that he was supposed to, im guessing bludworths mom died immolated in some form. which is wild and probably helped push him toward who he was

-knowing that some of the victims of the previous events are descendants of survivors, it makes me wonder who the survivors are in every movie. the only ones that im aware of that has dead siblings are the first movie and the third

-on another note the family thing feels like a retcon. you would think one of the previous victims would have mentioned a family member dying terribly after surviving an anomalous massacre[\spoiler]
