The Dipset Movement was the most powerful movement back in the day and they didn't even have Twitter/Instagram/Vine/etc. for connects or wide broadcast.
Them dudes were creating slang and gifs with primitive tools and kept computers 'putin. DatPiff was originally a dipset fansite.

I came up in the affiliate marketing game pretty much at the same time as Airkat. We used to post in the same forums (cfus.net and wont mention the other since it's still active) and I remember when he launched DatPiff back in 04-05.
It was never a Dipset fan site. Lol. Not that I can remember anyway. He might have hosted a few bootleg Dipset mixtapes out the gate (bootleg is how he got his initial traffic) but it was never exclusively or even majority Dipset focused.
