Final Fantasy X/X-2 HD just came out on Steam today

Better gameplay, better music overall, basically a more refined version of 10s leveling system. Prefer the characters to 10 (most of 10s characters are forgetabble.and wack, tidus is a cornball).

10 has a superior and more compelling story no doubt

Oh yeah 13 has much better voice acting, although dialogue is equally cringeworthy

Its a 6 hours Final Fantasy tactics lite, with only three characters (Yuna, Rikku, Payne). It should've been called X-2: The search for my boyfriend.

Simple and clean will always be the goat. But the x2 intro is def top 5.

Them Square Enix soundtracks. Hell the original FFVS13 theme is still being used for FFXV. It still sounds amazing 10 years later

This 34gb download is killing me. fukk comast

I just downloaded like 50gb for Doom, which took days, and now I gotta download these 34gb. Being forced to choose Comcast fukking sucks brehs. Downloading nearly 100gb of shyt in 2 days pisses them off. Man, I hate that my motherfukking area only has Comcast. I'm looking to move, and internet providers are gonna be a major consideration in the process. I can't be stuck with 800 kps. I cut cable too. IPs hate me

My next apartment better have Verizon FIOS or I'm not moving there

I'm looking for jobs in Austin too. Gotta get that Google Fiber

Final Fantasy is an odd series. You get a wide range of views on each game. I enjoyed it quite a bit.

I think a lot of it is nostalgia. As a young teen running thru all the FFs, awesome experience. Reliving it now is cool, but I can see newcomers not being into a lot of them like that, especially the PS1 games and onward. They are kinda weird games. If people dont care about graphics and are somewhat into general fantasy, I think 4 is a great introduction....grown ass men putting in work, no weird anime stuff etc.

Game was solid but lacked the atmosphere and soul you got in the earlier games imo. Beginning of the end for the series as a whole, for me, personally. Similar to Resident Evil 4 in that regard.
