The scale is anything below a 7 is bad. 7 is average 8 is good but not great and 9 and above are great.

It's not that a game getting an 8 is written off it's that a game like this getting an 8 is written off.

Square to me is Kanye West. They've changed and they can never go back to who the fans fell in love with. They can't even relate to who that was anymore. Modern Square just doesn't have it in them to make an almost universally beloved Final Fantasy.

That's the same for JRPGs in general. Part of what made them what they were was the technology constraints (Same with Kanye) now that they have virtually unlimited resources there's no reason to make games like that anymore outside of nostalgia (I miss the old squaresoft, four in a row squaresoft)

Ff7 remake may help them see the light if people flock to purchase. Game had a combination of everything. Spells summons, special attacks. Stick to the fukking script square. It Had it all

Not sure. What I do know is that you can't just summon them like in any other Final Fantasy game. I happened to read that somewhere. Certain conditions must be met. For example, all your party in knocked out and your low on health. Scenarios like that.

I thought I was good at combat so I took the Level 14 Flan quest at night. My level 7 crew rolls up in our white and red Regalia to engage them. We got the brakes beat off of us.

As I'm driving back to the gas station a red bar flashes at the top of my screen. Two Iron Giants pop out to claim their territory.

My crew jumps out the whip on some the world is ours tip. Then we see the level 30

Not a good night. But the game was on some . We went into that cave and some dude just chilling knocks me off of the platform.

I heard you can't summon outside of the story mode quests, anybody know if that's true

that is a lie i was summoning non stop when i was doing my hunts, had me that my summons were showing up a lot even some how got titan to show up

Just fought a endless wave of iron giants, reapers and empire soilders + mechs at night... got stupid amounts of exp


thought i was hot shyt for a sec running around at night doing hunts with my air max 95's, mayonnaise colored whip and i got some rare weapons






........and then i stumbled across some straight shyt in the woods and was immediately humbled... had my whole gang looking the first 15 seconds of the fight.
