Finally got around to playing and completing the Echoes of the Fallen DLC. The final boss fight was TOUGH. Still a nice DLC mission. I'm gonna jump on Rising Tides tomorrow.

The boss jumping all across the field as so annoying. I have to use several phoenix dashes just close the gap only for the boss to jump across the field again.

They're being stingy with the PC release at this point. Needs to be announced already so we can get these discount codes going and be one step closer to Rebirth announcement.

Playing the Echoes of the Fallen DLC was my first time playing this game in almost a year. I forgot how soothing the hideout's background music was

Ngl, this is far more enjoyable than Rebirth. At least the first 10 chapters of rebirth, no clue if it gets better after that. But 16 kept me engaged, despite the horrendous sidequest. Jumped back in for a second playthrough with the DLCs

Just started the other DLC. So glad to be playing in an area where the skies aren't dark. I understand the story logic of why the developers did it in the game, but the dark skies just make all the colors muted and lowered the overall beauty of the games amazing graphics.

The first dlc is about these black market crystals. Ring Tide sends you to a new village and you get to hear about their customs and such as well as their attachment to the new Eikon.

Game was cool, but would have been even better with a few QOL improvements that the DLC didn’t really solve.

Still prefer XV though.
