I'm guessing the water Eikon must be pretty important because in all the prerelease footage that one was never shown and all the other ones were. In the trailers they show every other Eikon you encounter but I've never even seen the water one. I'm thinking I'm almost 1/3rd through the game and that's still the only one I haven't seen nor it's Dominant.

just wish it was a bit more difficult. I replayed the intro and went a bit further, with the preorder weapon I have only got hit a couple times the whole way so far.
