I witnessed my ex boss and the other racist attorneys crack all types of jokes and stereotypes about black people.

I engaged them a few times but I started ignoring it because I needed the check

I know it sound c00nish but I took a few Ls financial wise last year and I thought it would get better.

These muthafukkas would sit up and talk about black on black crime in Chicago and Isis all day but were silent about police murdering blacks

Or they came up with excuses as to why the black victim deserved it

It was long overdue but it finally happened

Jewish white people are some of the most racist people I've ever been around

I'm never working for them ever again .

I dont know the experiences of other black women that are corporate professionals but I refuse to kiss the ass of a white person. I'm too fukking opinionated and pro black for this bullshyt.

I just quit my job

And it's a very liberating experience


Didn't even give em a 2 week notice

So what was strike 3?

He pulled me to the side weeks ago to bad mouth the other employees in the office (black employees btw)

He found an issue with every black employee I hired and had me to fire them

I couldn't bare it any longer.

I came in this morning like usual.

Finished my morning duties ( huge work load since I had to fire the Secretary ) once my ex Boss made it into the office , I met with him for a meeting . I didn't tell him the main reason why I was quitting but I explained to him that I had a better opportunity with benefits ( something that he refused to offer ) and that today is my last day. I thanked him for the opportunity and gathered my things. He wished me luck and good bye. It took everything in me to not tell this racist mf how I really felt.

But at least I locked another gig down before quitting
