When I first witnessed the fukkery I sat my ex boss down to discuss it. This mutha fukka told me I misinterpreted him

After that I realized it was no use to constantly go back and forth about it because he's never going to change his views.

I witnessed my ex boss and the other racist attorneys crack all types of jokes and stereotypes about black people.

I engaged them a few times but I started ignoring it because I needed the check

I know it sound c00nish but I took a few Ls financial wise last year and I thought it would get better.

These muthafukkas would sit up and talk about black on black crime in Chicago and Isis all day but were silent about police murdering blacks

Or they came up with excuses as to why the black victim deserved it

I work in the hvac industry. I can't tell u how many times I've visited a corporate office to repair furnace/air cond and the majority of blacks shuck n jive unapologetically. They figure I'm nobody because I'm just there to repair something and dip but I Always give em that before I leave.
Couldn't imagine being in an office full of Toms all day everyday either.

Leave non-kosher hotdogs hidden everywhere so that they start smelling

Hide sauerkraut behind the bookcase in each office

I'm the only black person in my department. Yesterday at our quarterly meeting, my direct supervisor asked what a URM was. My director (who's indian) explained to him while laughing and kindly glanced around the room and locked eyes with me to see if I was "affected" by it. He quickly changed the subject and started asking everyone if they had any other acronyms they wanted him to solve. Everybody laughed
In my head I'm like how the hell are you a 35 year old white man that's worked in HR his whole life and not know what that is.
