Even for the rare stuff you can't find on the streaming services you have YouTube, and even if that doesn't work you can use the Google Play Music app whatever that's called to upload your stuff and stream. There's literally no reason to care about transferring mp3s directly to your phone these days.

I have both. My personal phone has always been an android (samsung s10+), but I just got an iPhone 11 through my job. I have to say it took some getting used to, but I have to agree it is better than my phone.

Bixby sucks and I hate that my phone struggles with scanning QR codes. I also prefer texting on the iPhone. Also it's just easier to use.

Not to mention all the advertising cheese plastered all over every samsung.

Android apps are nothing but spy ware.
Theres a million apps that are banned from the apps store because they’re categorized as spyware but google play store is full of these same apps.
They give you all this access in exchange for permissions to keep the mics on at all times and have access to all your personal data, they have phones were Facebook can’t be deleted from the storage. Meanwhile Apple is in a cold war with the data mining companies like Google and FB

You can literally split screen any two apps on the screen AT ONCE with Android. This is yet another basic thing that iPhones can't do for whatever reason.

Android would be better if they controlled every part of the software just as much the hardware. That's why Apple is smoother cuz apple makes/controls the majority of their phone

With Android there's too many different chefs. Makers of different parts of the hardware like the chip, storage, internal baord etc then the software is Android but still has some other bs add-ons. So it gets buggy.

Only thing iphone got on samsung is the camera. Other than that. Galaxy is far superior.

Samsung and other manufacturers have had better specs first for a decade. However, the Apple ecosystem is so smooth and seamless it that bleeding edge specs don’t matter for many.

iMessage, air drop simply work better than the android counterparts across all platforms and as a creator macOS is is leaps and abounds above windows so if I’m going to s-end 2K on a Mac Pro I’m not watering down my experience with the latest and greatest Samsung and can’t even air drop files to my computer. Specs is only one side of the coin

That's actually not true, if their is a knock on android is that it's too many chefs in the kitchen but build quality isn't one of the issues. I will say I had a s8 and the screen went bad and they fixed it for free at ufixit in Fort Lauderdale, didn't spend a dime.

Samsung oled screen usually had dead spots and sometimes the screen gets bad, on my s8 half the screen wen't black and I could only see half of it.



That happens pretty often on samsung phones, discolorization...

I will say usb-c > lighting by a mile, apple cables that come with the phone are cheap and go bad quickly + apple locks down who can make cables and many 3rd party companies aren't certified by Apple and the cables just stop working.

Also battery android> iphone, iphone when it gets up there in age is known that the battery shuts down the phone at 20% life, known issue.

Also style (the Iphone 11 and max) is good but too wide and bulky for the hands, the samsung style of taller more narrow is easier to hold by typing takes a hit.

Both have their highs and lows, I do miss android but it's a mission selling everything right now.

I didn't the S8 was bad build quality, I said the screen was fragile, which it is, my screen did malfunction, I drop it in my car with a case on it and it cracked, never had any problems with the phone I would still have it if they weren't gonna make me be 450 for a refurbished one when I got insurance

The Iphone 12 have a cheap version for 600 dollars is a game charger, because it the same phone as the 1000 dollar one just smaller, unlike that garbage ass SE2 they just came out with for 500 they got the 11 chip but can't even utilizing the shyt really

This is all true and someone that wants 100x optical zoom or the most ram will deal with that. For me, the Apple ecosystem fits perfectly into my Life and workflows and I’m not leaving that because Samsung gets the bells and whistles first
