Not really. Professor Messer isn't that bad. I prefer to watch videos because it's easier to just keep going. The video just keeps going, so you have to pay attention. You could try watching the videos at 1.25x speed. Or Mike Meyers' book, if you'd rather read.

At least a good thing is professor messer has the complete course for free on YouTube and the videos go in order of the exam objectives. I printed them out and simply followed them along with the video it’s much easier that way
