idk bout 900 but u can find some cheap ass apartments in the area he's in.....Hollywood/East Hollywood area

people who act like you need to pay $2k a month just to exist are lying....you can get an apt for like $1400 or lower in a shytty area.....if you wanna live pretty well than yeah for a one bedroom apt expect to pay like 2.2-2.3k+ a month.

Also gotta remember in LA a shytty area can be near nice ones or areas with shyt to do. OP might be in a grimy spot but he's close to lots of stuff to do, just a short drive or uber ride.

less than a 14 minute drive to DTLAmight fukk around and actually hit a game at the staples center for the first time in my lifeyes I’m in lil Ciudad Juarez but it’s way less grimey than the spot
I used to live in the valley. Bougie white folks got comfy and the cac junkies some of whom I deadass went to school with started them break ins. Way more comfy in this new town
