Finally went get help

I finally went get counseling plus went home to the N.O. last week I was in a bad place where I tried to commit suicide
Diagnosed with PTSD, depression, severe anxiety, paranoia among other shyt. The hardest part was talking with my kids about it. My oldest days she remembers me having gun to my head when she was like 4/5 but didn't understand what it meant at the time. I put a big burden on my kids because I rely on them to keep me together(basically because they the only ones I trust) I told my wife and she said she knew something was off but now she knows how to deal with me. From growing up and my stepdad beating me and my mom to shootouts, working psych ward prisons for 5 years I carried allot with me. Sad to hear OP,but if you only tried it means subconsciencsly you still wanted to be here which is good.
The best thing counseling can do for you is change the way you view things,ie change your perception.
First thing you need to do is study your astrology so that you can understand why you perceive things the way you do.
Killing yourself is 100% the weak thing to do. If you are trying to kill yourself its because you are trying to kill who you are,or get out of where you are.
As a man its your job to kill who you are by CHANGING who you are one day at a time. Its your job to get out of where you are,and get your kids out. Because if its depressing for you,it will probably be depressing for them one day. And that's the other thing,I pray its not the case,but one of your kids could easily have these same mental issues when they get older. Do you think its right for you to leave this earth,without overcoming it,and giving them the answers?#SinsOfTheFather
