found me a 2006 ram 3500 5.9 for $18k. Talked em down to $15 OTD. I'm gonna pick it up tomorrow
Lol..I rather lease something new..wtf
Why would I "borrow" $70k instead of spending my lil $15k for a non emissions reliable Cummins and own it out right
I'm checking the prices for like 2006-2015 with 60k miles and whatnot..I'm not agreeing to pay any of those prices without a bumper to bumper warranty.
Read the edit. Thats just what it is when it comes to these diesels. Read when I first made the thread. I didn't understand it either
These wbs love the 7.3.. They down here paying damn near 20K for em..
Stay away from the 6.0 unless it's bullet proof
I'm speaking on Ford btw, I work at a dealership
Yeah I almost closed on a 7.3 I like the Ford cabs but the engines are TRASH. I looked at a 6.4 and on the test drive all the dash light came on. Saw how easy it was to change injectors on this 5.9 Cummins and it was a wrap
I hear all the engines are trash
Being in the business everybody has an opinion.. this the first I've heard anything bad about the 7.3 honestly..
Oh no, the 7.3s ain't trash, dude just wanted too much. He was asking 14k for a 2000.
