Finding overseas coders

I have a tech startup idea that I’ve been planning for the past 2 months.


Eventually I will need coders to build the product. I want to use foreign coders/software engineers for 2 reasons.

1. keep costs down
2. intellectual property security



how difficult would this be?


The site/app will be AI based. The industry deals inclusively in taxation. My goal is the build the site/app and get it certified with the IRS. Once I accomplish that I will look for investors so I can hire a local software development team of about 10 people to start and 5 industry specific people.


The build will probably take a year.

Where can I find coders? What’s the best country?

If you go for cost reduction and intellectual property security. I suggest you look for coders in Africa, like Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya. Perhaps Latin America will do as well. Everything in the west is towards expensive.
