Literally on the first page of a google search for economic prosperity. Now we can nitpick all we want, but you are a fool if you believe that more people starting businesses or selling more product (I.E. economic growth) does not result in more people having jobs and having a wage market that will support them fairly and more opportunity in general (I.E. prosperity). Of course, in our system this is tampered with, but we are talking ideally. All of this is meaningless anyway, bc we WERE discussing banks, or I was. You couldn't bring anything to the table.

in some southern states you have to receive approval from other banking institutions in order to start a bank. IE white banks. you also must get a certain amount of funding from certain instutitions. These institutions want people on your board who "they know" so in essence you start off as a black bank with black leaders. But they are pushed out by cacs and you no longer have a "black bank". So the idea is useless
