There are 26 main chapters and 23 side chapters. At 10 hours I've done 3 side chapters and 10 main chapters. I've also fought all the optional battles they've given me. My main 2 characters are overleveled at this point. I maxed the avatar out and switched classes.

I loved the Wii one and played one of 'em for Gameboy Advance...no 3DS though, so I won't be rocking this one. Anyone know if there are recurring characters again?

Playing this rite now on hard mode classic.Up to chapter 9. Messed around and used Fredrick for most of the game missed out on alot of exp . On a side note Lon'qu is a beast.

I've only played the ones on the gamecube/wii but those are 2 of my favorite games....I still replay them from time to time.

First time I played a game like this since Disgaea, loving it so far.

Frederick and Kallum are beast and throwback Marth is a fukking monster with this certain rapier she gets, girl can get 4 attacks in one turn :kdotahhh:, leaving bosses like and then , do they have the older ones on the E - shop.

I'm about ten hours in. The game is great so far. I played an optional mission last night and the boss wrecked one of my favorite characters. Now I gotta start over

Edit: What other games are worth getting for the 3ds?

i turned permedeath off. i don't know how to play properly. if it was on everybody on my squad but Chrom and Robin would be dead by now.

I put about 7 in and i've done the first 7 chapters and two side quests

I didn't know how much of a monster Frederick was until chapter 7 when all these wyvern riders and other dudes ran up on him and hit critted every one and took only 3 damage in 7 fights. Had me like I want my other dudes to get some too nikka

i don't use him because he starts out at the advanced class that you can't even upgrade others to till the middle of the game. he's like Orlandu in Final Fantasy Tactics so strong he breaks the game.

Just restarted on lunatic classic mode. I understand why they call it dat. U gotta be a dam fool to play this mode. Got me stuck on chapter 2

This is probably the second or third best Fire Emblem game ever depending on how you feel about Path of Radiance.
