When those dudes pranked the Bills and Bucs GM and tapped their phone call one Mark Dominik said:
"Dominik recalls telling Colts GM Ryan Grigson, "Look, you got the best gig in the National Football League. I mean, you got a quarterback the first pick, you're a genius for 10 years now.""

This shyt is too true for Grigson/Manusky/Pagano/Pep. They're going to pay Luck everything, keep trying to rebuild the 2007 Colts and pray Luck bails them out.

Luck had his faults today too but god damn, why Indy gotta get raped across both lines of scrimmage every year?

with luck they will always win 9-11 games

even if the line is crap and teh defense garbage

but thats it

me or you could coach this team to 9-11 wins with luck

I think our offense can bloom with Chudzinski at the helm. Pep's playcalling at times has been.......questionable.

His mantra when he came to Indy was to be able to run and stop the run. Indy cannot do either one.
He's supposed to be a defensive minded coach but Indy has been just as soft as ever on defence since he arrived. He's had no meaningful positive impact on that side of the ball.
Indy has the tendency to routinely come out flat, and is a super inconsistent team. Colts are guaranteed 2-3 blowouts a year because of this.
He regularly gets outcoached and he is not a coach you can rely on to make any significant in game adjustments consistently.
The team saw no drop off when he missed the majority of the season a couple years ago.
Too many headscratching in game decisions, I don't have confidence in him to put together a solid gameplan against good teams on a regular basis.
blah blah blah.

You do realize outside of Vontae Davis this team has no talent on Defense. This is basis of your complaints. Your anger should be centered around you're GM

And thats the problem. I knew we would lose and the Denver win had an *, but this is still embarrassing. I doubt the drunk makes any changes at all.

I love luck, but he's too nice to win a ring. He's going to be taken advantage of by these coaches and management. I dont see him standing up for himself. Demanding better out of his coaches. Thats why he needs a coach who will hold his staff accountable and promote competition among the players. It took the whole season for Richardson to be benched. :mindblown:

Reggie Wayne was a starter all yr long. I love Reggie, but he shoulda been a situational player.

@Based Lord Zedd Cherillus needs to go too.

I love TY, but he is not a #1 wr. And I worry about Moncreif's route running. Reggie will be hard to replace. Gonna miss him.

I also dont trust Pep Hamilton's system to get the best out of these guys. Every gm starts the same. He tries to run out of heavy sets and gets down early. Especially vs good teams. He had a formation today where he had all 3 TEs lined up as WRs w/ TY Hilton on the sideline. Sh1t was :dahell:

I would love Trestman or Gase :noah:

Based on our history with WRs, we're bound to land another gem.

Colts player management is so random. They start Werner all year basically then make him a healthy scratch right before the AFC CG.
Wayne's been done since he injured his arm but we designing 3rd down back shoulder catches for him.
The whole Jonathan Harrison -> Khaled Holmes rotating center position bullshyt they did all year?

The whole right side of the oline can be cut right now not happy with Cherilus or whatever garbage we trotted out at RG all year.

Well, based on our history with WRs, we're bound to land another gem.
We can't use another draft pick on a wr.:lupe:

Lowkey, I don't like Dwayne Allen as a starting TE. He's not athletic. He's like a glorified H back. And Fleener isnt tough enough. Never like Grigson picking both of em in the same draft. I'd trade 1 of them

As fukked up as this loss was we still got a bright future. We were not suppose to make kt this far. Our core players are still and we get Mathis back next year. We'll be fine. The fact that it took Luck half the time it took Manning to make it this far is cool with me

If Indy drafts a WR this year I'll lose it. They may not have a true #1 but I think the team benefits more if they build the defensive front 7, o-line and run game more. Luck can get by with Hilton/Moncreif/Allen/Fleener/RandomFA next year.

Indy got into playoff runs too fast. They coulda benefited from being a crap team for a year or two to build roster depth.

But Luck was effective out the gate and the AFC South is such trash (Titans + Jags = insta 4 wins) that going .500 in the other 12 games = 10-6 every year.

Pagano isn't a difference maker coach, Arians is much better. They also can't build through the draft unless they hit absolute home runs on sleepers, they kinda screwed.
