I just watched the Hot 97 clip with Ebro talking about it, yesterday he said he knew nothing about it and today he said Paddy told him a decade ago essentially what the documentary told us, and Laura is trying to downplay Paddy position there, former Emmis employees are saying they knew and they had less significant positions there, so if people on the lower rungs of the totem pole knew you dont think people higher up did? Personally I think the boycott focus should be on Emmis even more so than Hot 97, cutting the tail off the snake wont stop it.

There was a guy at my job I used to see every week, dap him up, converse briefly, and years later I found out he was one of the Central Park 5. No one knew. Point is you meet your coworkers on a clean slate. You don't know people's backgrounds so I can see how people wouldn't know. Know one's doing their own background checks.

I agree with you that many of his co-workers probably never knew but I doubt highly that people higher up in the chain of command were unaware.
