First AWS, now Azure is down

Unfortunate, because all these cloud companies shove it wherever they can about uptimes and reliability on some too-redundant-to-fail shyt and you get these scenarios from time to time.

Like with the Amazon one, this one already has a failure point in monitoring. Saying you need to reroute shyt as "good PR" is not a good look for how you architected those systems. It should be done automatically, but what do I know. :lolbron:

Microsoft Azure outage: Heathrow, Xbox and Minecraft among sites down


First AWS goes down last week and now Azure. What's going on?
Companies dumping money into AI instead of making their existing products and services actually more secure and better overall.

The world is learning a hard lesson when it comes to not investing in their own digital infrastructure and instead relying on one country who entrusts its future every 4 years to room temperature IQ racists in a few states.

Hopefully outages of this type will be less common if other alternatives are allowed to exist.
