Gonna keep it a buck.. all that strong man shyt is useless in the long run especially if your cardio and insides are shyt and fukked up. Plus its not good for the joints. Dudes be thinking they are fly doing all that bench pressing but cant even do a pull up or a pushup. :mjlol:

My point still stands. Makes no sense to be lifting like that if you cant even do basic shyt. Im learning the hard way, sir. Dont be the next person to be told by the doctor to stop lifting yourself to fukking yourself up. Ask Ronnie Coleman if Im lying.

Not a true raw 405 with that sling on but still impressive
He’s using 2 sling shots. Those add anywhere from 15-25% assistance. So he’s actually only lifting 30-50% of that :skip:

405 lbs at his weight....if he really dat skrong, dude needs to practice the snatch, clean & jerk etc., and go into Olympic lifting.

I'd believe 2 or 3 reps.

This nikka hitting 25 reps at 405? Larry Allen at his peak would have struggled to do that.

That shyt would equate to a 1RM max bench that's between 650 to 750 lbs. Ain't no way that breh is maxing out at 700 lbs. If legit, he might Mark Henry's little cuz or some shyt.

It's because they're all using that sling bullshyt.

Which is cool to do on your own, but I'm not tryna watch videos and see what you can do with help and I'm not here for dudes bragging on what they can do in a sling. :camby:

I'm going assume most of you commenting have never used a sling before. It's feels like youre doing maybe 2/8ths of the weight thats actually on the bar, I had to take it off because it felt like I wasn't working out. That coupled with him bounce repping, hips off the bench, and half repping is whatever.
