Pazzy....naw...you wrong. If you hitting 405x25 reps you aren't just strong, your muscles are conditioned and in shape.

That's 400+ lbs being tossed away in real life and you won't be tired. All anaerobic has the same benefits as aerobic exercises on the heart and lungs with the added bonus of musculation growth. He will not tired fighting. Trust me.

Not a true raw 405 with that sling on but still impressive
He definitely can hit 405+ plus tho. The slingshot only helps you get out the "hole" or transition to the negative to positive.

It's to train the muscles to overload at 105%-120% of your working MAX sets.

You only posed to wear it for 3 sets max at overload. At least 1 benching session per bench workout.

He’s using 2 sling shots. Those add anywhere from 15-25% assistance. So he’s actually only lifting 30-50% of that :skip:
Yea but in theory after a certain amount of reps I can surely bet you he can hit 405+x1rm

I'm going assume most of you commenting have never used a sling before. It's feels like youre doing maybe 2/8ths of the weight thats actually on the bar, I had to take it off because it felt like I wasn't working out. That coupled with him bounce repping, hips off the bench, and half repping is whatever.
You only posed to wear it for CNS overload at 105-120% of your working 1rm
