Bench pressing has more cons than pros. It’s better to do incline dumbbell press if you want to develop your upper body with less chances of injury. :yeshrug:

Gonna keep it a buck.. all that strong man shyt is useless in the long run especially if your cardio and insides are shyt and fukked up. Plus its not good for the joints. Dudes be thinking they are fly doing all that bench pressing but cant even do a pull up or a pushup. :mjlol:
I was deadlifting 700 lbs in my early twenties. Now look at me, at 30 I can barely bend my back or stand for long periods without me reeling in pain. I regret not doing calisthenics instead :francis:

Nicely done. Not hugely down in sling shots, as a lot of people use them for periodic loading workouts. They’ll still be losing a lot without it.

No doubt it was ego and using slings and momentum ain´t technically benching but if they could do a few fake reps at 405 they could do 300 legit which isn´t that bad
