I will answer it. It is illegal to not admit students of certain races. Students of all races go to HBCUs.

It’s a school Queen competition. It’s like thinking everyone at Notre Dame is Irish or Catholic. No black women decided to run, and the Latina did. She didn’t beat all the black women, she won by default. She put the effort into running, and she wanted the position. She didn’t take anything away, because nobody else wanted it, or else they didn’t want to put in the effort. We don’t take action, then get mad when someone else gets something we didn’t try to have in the first place.

Now let’s say this was Brigham Young, and a black female student won because no other women ran. Would we not call it racist if she didn’t get the title?
