First Generation Black Parents vs Second Generation Black Parents....

I actually just found out the difference in culture and upbringing from first generation to second generation black parents. For most of the coli, you guys are children of second generation black parents so your more into intersectionality, education, feminizimation, gay rights and all that feel good shyt.

By the numbers you're more educated and do better financially and create more families.

First generation by the number are poorer, less educated, more into religion and so forth. I pretty much hated shyt with my family for years but now I completely understand them, they wouldn't understand me if they tried.

Does anyone agree or disagree with the first vs second or even third generation comparisons?

So are mine. They sheltered me from most things related to "American culture"; even the food. I'm learning now tho .

i could see this from black carribeans, who migrate to the states...but yea, my ancestors have been here since that boat ride...

my parents were born during the civil rights era, so their ideas are pretty "liberal"...idk lol

I mean I'm 2nd generation college and even though my folks weren't rich, I was and am currently doing shyt some of my extended family couldn't have even dreamed of.
