Snopes isn't 100% accurate. Look at what they said about the origins of the Statue of Liberty. They were wrong about that.

As for the story about many of the Jews not going to work at the Twin Towers that day, I think that there is some truth to it. However, the people who want to make it all about blaming the Jews try to use that as some sort of evidence that Israel or the Jewish community somehow coordinated the attacks which is completely false.

The site is sayin' FALSE, about "The Statue of Liberty was erected as a tribute to the accomplishments of black soldiers in the Civil War, and a black woman served as the model for Lady Liberty." And it even states; "This item is difficult to explicate because it makes so many (sometimes conflicting) claims, so we'll distill its essence to four primary claims and discuss those:"

So, you're sayin' the Statue of Liberty was actually given after the Civil War to symbolize the end of slavery?
