I re-watched the other night, entire card was underwhelmind

It was entertaining but I don't know about FOTY.
Even though this has been a bit of a struggle year for boxing.

I think top to bottom it was another good boxing year, just not top heavy at all.

I think the khan alexander fight will be a good scrap bc of their styles. Neither packs a big punch (not that you need one with china chin khan) and both have aesthetically pleasing and above average boxing skills. Nonetheless, it won't be as good of a fight as Chaves/Bradley, and Haymon has really really fukked us boxing fans over this year. To think we had a card with Broner/Matthysse both fighting and both fights were garbage, rinse wash repeat w/ fighters like Thurman/Garcia/Peterson/Wilder etc. etc.

if ever there was a perfect time for that fight happening it was that card it was that time...they both had their warmups to get over a loss..either on that card or they could have thrown that on the lackluster floyd-maidana 2 ppv as a co main event....such a waste..but but but the fact that we got to see both fighters on the card is apparently a good thing and is a credit to haymon's "great promotional ability".....
