Imagine The Wire set in Murder Capital era DC from Rayful Edmond's beginning to Alpo's end. All the players involved like Rayful's LA connect Melvin Butler, Curtbone, Alpo, Big Head Gary, Tank and Spark Ears, Pop, Wayne Perry and his crew, the OG Michael Fray, all the NY cats. Even the police and government sides of the series, if they follow the same format of The Wire, would be off the chain.
