that’s not enough. They’ll just be another employee. Folks have to get into STEM and then be motivated enough to do several experiments on their own. U got be the one doing the discoveries or invent the system that allows for those experiments to be done.
Yeah white men are normally financiers of those expirement and own parts of the discovery.

Quantum comps need special rooms in order to actually work properly. A black entrepreneur could lock in contracts with Google, Microsoft or IBM who are the current big players in quantum to build these rooms. There are plenty of black physicists and software developers who have been talking about this stuff too. Quantum computers also have really strong security implications. You could use them to build stronger and harder to crack cybersecurity systems.
And use them to crack top thought to be nigh uncrackable encryptions
