I can kinda understand Ras’ feelings but you can tell he more or less seems to think he would have had the same success with the beat which he wouldn’t have, not even close. Jada and Styles made that what it was.

This situation back then was the first time I really understood how much the mc brings life to a song no matter how dope the beat is and I was a huge Ras Kass fan at that time. Jada and Styles really made that the classic is it today.
