No, in all fairness he doesnt have a point. There is a reason why we have sports divisions for different weight classes, age brackets, and in some cases handicaps. Whats next, a 15 year old competing in pee wee football? a 200 pound wrestler going up against an 80 pound wrestler? In contact physical sports there has to be competitive balance to allow others to participate. Its just simple logic and sanity.

We know that women are not physical equals to men (why are you talking about intellectualism here??). Women sports is regressive competition, so as to allow women to compete against relative equals. Women are at a significant disadvantage competing against men, and can get seriously hurt. Do you have women in your life? Would you want your sister, wife, daughter, niece, competing against men in physical competition?

Male sports are the best of the best...if a woman can somehow break the genetic odds and compete against the best of the best, then she should have that chance. The fact that there havent been any professional women athletes in the NFL, NBA, NHL, and MLB should tell you all you need to know about the need for women athletics.

The off chance that a woman has the balls enough to try out for a male dominated league, should not prompt men to lose all common sense and begin whining about "equality", when it comes to men competing in women's leagues. Its absurd.

All that's well and good if you feel that way.

When I mentioned intellect I am refering to her knowing what she is getting into. If she made the team and took a bad hit( no more violent than any other player would take) and is knocked out or handicapped, you think no one is going to attack the player that made the hit? "On some he ain't have to hit her like that" hell, you can hardly touch Tom Brady.

Women want to be treated equal on all walks of life, point blank. Let her try out. But as much as you would scoff at the thought of a man trying out for a female team he should still have that right. How much money do female ball players make? More than me.

you think Danica Patrick is a break through in racing? She's up on millions strictly for being a women in racing. Plus she is selling sex.

She has crossed barriers you say females should have the right to cross but all i she her doing is making momey. her only win is when no one else was on the track. i wouldnt doubt they let her win.

But if men on the track treated her like a sex object that she portrays and makes millions of off they'd get called out for it.

Just cause a few select women my have skills to compete w/ men still doesn't justify it.

What about that freshmen all conference kicker that has to wait three years. Im pretty sure he has more of a mature man body than that female kicker will ever have.

What about high school bball players that have to wait? Even though more than have of the best player are out of high school.

Come to think of it.

Seeing how the excuse to keep college player in college 3 yrs because of maturity of the body should be all the evidence needed to deny her.

Seems like you should be fighting that fight before you her. Why is it cool to deny someone almost three times her size cause they aren't mature enough.
But she is eligible just cause she maybe a good kicker and any female w/the nuts to try should be afforded the opportunity.
