It's a real close one, but I might go with Fish and frits because it's versatile. I can eat it with whiting, catfish, or salmon cakes, which my mother and grandmother used to make for me when I was a boy. I also like cheese in the grits.

I will say this, there this spot near my old home in the Vailsburg area that makes the meanest Chicken in Waffle for a good price.
