Do I eat clean? Yeah pretty much 80% of the time but all of that extreme portion control stuff ain't for me. Put in some muscle and get a HIIT cardio routine and you'll have an easier time eating the shyt that you love.

It is a simple solution, but it is not easy........ it's called research and discipline. You're not gonna fimd a silver bullet in a chat forum. Read some articles on meal planning based on your fitness or body objectives and plan it out. All these fasting fads are just that... .. fads..... you want something that is maintainable over the long term and not a quick fix....... you'd be surprised how most people over eat.
I hear you about fads like paleo, keto, even macro counting like 40/40/20. But fasting has easily became a way of life for me. My body not only adjusted to it but prefers it. Doing anything else will take strict and intentional efforts.

Drink water every time you think you're hungry.

If anyone is looking for a "cheat code" then there it is. Most of the time you want to eat you're actually thirsty but haven't learned how to tell the difference. Another thing is simply don't buy snacks. Its amazing how you can't munch what you don't have.

This is my diet:
Breakfast:
3 eggs and a tin of sardines and a slice of brown bread plus coffee.

Lunch:
Small brown rice plus lots of vegetables

During the day I’ll have two bananas

Dinner:
Blended mixture of:
Spinach
6 walnuts
Tablespoon of peanut butter
Tablespoon of chia seeds, cinnamon
2 scoops of whey protein
Half frozen banana
Half frozen avocado
Some frozen fruits such as berries
Milk

That’s basically my meal all day. It fills me up throughout the day and I never feel hungry. I don’t even count calories.

i aint gon front after i put on that Covid-30 i took out a scale and weighed my food. counted out cashews down to the number and shyt. logged all my food. ordered what i wanted but took a doggy bag home basically everytime i went out to eat. and it worked easy peazy

once i got to maintenance status i could eyeball what my portions are but also relax a little. the weight starting to creep back up now (only 5 lbs but thats where it starts :flabbynsick:) bc its summer and i been drinking n eating ice cream more so at least now i know what i gotta do to tighten back up

Especially empty calorie snacks that get people in trouble. Chips, cookies, candy etc.

I can’t even eat that shyt these days.

I only eat from noon to 8pm. After 8pm I may have a cup of green tea before bed. Before noon I drink a big glass of water and black coffee.

For meals I eat whatever I want within reason. Sunday is cheat day so I will have brunch with my family or friends typically before noon on that day and cook a big dinner.

I am in my 40s so I do not play about my weight.
