I mean, i was told not to lockout and seen football nikkas do this shyt as well

So how about everyone do wtf they like. I have done true partials before and full range. Why not do both

Half reps probably not but I do believe in not locking out on certain exercises in the "push" category

An associate of mines (jail bird as well) has told me the same thing. He just goes od with the reps and takes super short breaks in between sets.

He another one of these Johnny Bravo built prison nikkas tho, but I can't really argue the results when it comes to upper body so :yeshrug:
