I've lived in new york, and the only place I can think of that's better than five guys is shake shack and that place is similarly overrated.

I see people rave about the fries but I really do prefer Checker's and Mickey D's fries. I think the fact they give mad fries is why they get their rep...

Why is that shyt so expensive though? It taste good as hell but its not like they use some specialty kobe beef or the burgers are extremely large. They just try to pile massive amounts of random toppings on it. Its crazy how that shyt is more expensive then burgers in high class restaurant

Most overrated fast food. They don't flavor their burgers and their fries come nowhere close to the Checker fries

I haven't had Five Guys in over a year, but they just build this new one close to my house. So I decided to try it again. Anyway, I walked inside and looked at the menu. When I saw $6.70 for a Cheeseburger. I said fukk it and went to the Kroger across the street. Got some hamburger meat, buns, fries and went home to cook a better hamburger than Five Guys for less than $6.

From my experience shyt doesn't work that way Breh. Did that a few months ago nikka was watching TV and a Friday's commercial came on, showing they juicy tasty lookin ass burgers. So a nikka thought damn I ain't got the money for a Friday's burger and fukk a McDonalds, Checkers, Wendies and Burger King burger. And fukk Five Guys they good but cost 14 dollars with the fries and the drink.

So a nikka made his way too Safeway got some 80/20 ground beef, some Montreal Grill seasoning, got some cheese, nikka saw some nice ass thick Sliced bacon spent a little extra to have the peppercorns on the bytch, got the lettuce, pickles and didn't want no bullshyt bun so I got some Kosher Buns for the bytch. Then I got some potatoes so I can cut up some fries. Got at the register and the total came up to almost 40 dollars. The whole purpose was to save money instead of going to 5 guys or worst Friday's and came out spending way more! I ain't goin lie tho that shyt was mad worth it that shyt was fukkin fire! So wasn't too mad had mad food left over tried to replicate the first burger I did but it was never like the first one . Moral too the story shyt like Burgers, chili is always cheaper to just going somewhere and have them make it for you. Steaks, Seafood you come out much better fixing it yourself. nikka mean with the steaks and got a easy ass sure fire way to make a nice steak if a nikka want the recipe let me know.
