Five Guys burgers are good, but whenever I finish one I'm left thinking "that's it?"

I mean they're pricey and pretty small on top of that. The hamburger/cheeseburger isn't that much larger than the little hamburger/cheeseburger.

I can at least reason with the price of the fries, because they give you a ton. But the quantity of burger isn't enough.

You can literally go to a bar/local mom and pop joint and get a better, bigger burger for much less.


I mess with Five Guys for their fries...and a lot of spots are doing fresh cut fries now so I rarely even mess with them anymore.

I actively avoid five guys because of how expensive it is. Id beat myself because i pay $20 for a burger meal. The only reason me and my wife had five guys recently is because i was tight on time and ordered Chipotle. The uber drive messed up and gave us someone else's five guys order which was fully loaded (3 patties, added shyt like jalapenos, fries). I know someone was mad af when they got our Chipotle because i paid $30 for Chipotle and the five guys receipt was $63 for 2 suped up burgers and fries

Youre supposed to split the bag down the middle and use it as a tray. This way, you don't have to dig the burger out.

I always assumed you were paying extra for the bag filled with fries. I once went in and ordered a "large" fry and ended up with a half a brown bag of fries when I left.
