Just purchased a Surface Pro 3 for a trip i'll be soon taking. I think this will be the ultimate portable computing device for a while. The craziest thing is that its barely bigger than my Surface 2! :mindblown:

This thing will be replacing my Surface 2 and my Yoga 2 Tablet, both of which will be going on ebay very soon.

Intel and M$ are about to own the game very soon!

I want a Surface pro 3 sooooo bad, with my photography I can throw it in my bag, and have Photoshop, Lightroom...etc with me at all times, plus that pen for edits :ohlawd:

Sadly im too broke, so i'll probably get a SP3 once the 7 is out :sadcam:

I have a hard time believing some of the people in here have actually used an SP.....let alone the the SP3. I got mine a few days ago and I haven't touched my iPad since. I was down on the price at first but this is worth every penny. But hey, if you fellas won't to hate just to hate go ahead. You're only doing yourself a disservice.

Exactly. Just copped mine yesterday and i've just only began to scratch the service and i can already tell this is going to be something special. This is the device i'm sure M$ had in mind when they originally devised windows 8.

Just because you're a careless individual that doesn't know how to take care of his shyt doesn't mean the item is at fault.

Mac Books are overpriced and are actually inferior to every Windows laptop just based on the anemic software library when compared to their windows counterparts. The only real benefit of macs are the superior hardware components, but the surface is easily one of the highest quality PCs on the market today.

The surface pro 3 combines the superior build quality of surface computers with the sleekness of Windows 8. Using a Macbook is so 1999. :camby:

well I´ll be damned never thought I would agree with you but here we are.. greatly written breh had to dap you for that one

YO! I been using a Surface Pro 8 I5 8GB 256GB SSD. By far this is the best computer I have ever used it's so good that my MBP is sitting collecting dust.

Why is it so good?
- Using it as a tablet is fukking GOOD! You got Flipboard, Twitter, Facebook and Touch IE. IE is underrated it renders sites so fast and smooth and touching websites on a 12 inch Surface is unrivaled
- Desktop use is on point. The keyboard is just as fast as a MBP/MBA. I'm running multiple programs at the same time with no lag
- Gaming. This is the weak part. If you want to game on the go I recommend waiting for the i7 version or the Surface 4
- Productivity. Ran Sketchup, Autocad, Photoshop and Illustrator with no problems. I'm going to throw Maschine w/ Komplete 9 this thing can handle it with no problems

Straight up best computer in the market today. If your in the market and don't know what to buy here check it out

i3 - this is for Tablet, Web and Office users cop it if your not going to do a whole lot
i5 - this is if your using your computer for content creation (Music, Video, Photos) etc
i5 w/ 8GB - if your a serious power user on the go cop this!
i7 - if you need more power cop this I don't really think you need it unless your pro at your profession
i7 w/ 512GB - if your a pro and you got $ buy this

The problem I had with the Surface Pro is that is moonlights as a laptop with touch, which is awesome, but it reminds you that it's still limited in annoying ways (which I won't get into). Unless of course, you get the most feature rich (most expensive) version.

Surface Pro 3 is a fantastic machine. I'm thinking about getting one. The pen is huge if you're into art and taking notes.
