That's almost worse. Why be embarrassed to be 30? That's not even old.
A lot of the best rappers in the 00's were open about being in their 30's and no one cared. And now? shyt, now no one really cares, except maybe the super young kids.
Then again I've never really heard dude's music so I don't know who he's trying to market to. But based on the way he reacted in the Vlad clip I would've thought he was 40 or something. And even then who cares?
They assume the fans care, there might be a couple jokes , but with the right confidence people have talked their way out of something way worse than being something that everybody that doesn't die young will be lol

I've pushed it by a year or two on apps if I just wanted to hook up, in order to not get filtered out by as many girls. But I got caught up when I ended up actually dating a chick and my birthday came around.

It's a relief to see it's not only me cause whenever I say this, people look at me like I'm crazy.
What 20 year old in 2020 is a 50 Cent stan ? That means he was barely 3 in 2003 when 50 was at his peak. You can also tell from his album covers and stuff, to me at least, their very 2000 ish. On top of that he looked nowhere near 20.

Yea they think younger fans care. I noticed Saint Jhn doesn't reveal his age. He was on Van Lathan's podcast and they asked his age and he said something like "Age is a human concept and shouldn't be the focus once you make good art" it sounded super deep and convincing when he said it .He's definitely 35+, he idolizes Lenny Kravitz.
