And that’s the problem with this city. People think it’s cool to spend 60/70 % of their income on rent just to live in NYC. If you don’t own your place, and spend most of your income on rent, how can you say you live comfortably? Nevermind the fact that your apartment is trash and you are paying a premium to live in the hood/and or to be packed like a sardine.
