Flash Gordon and Barbarella?

They would probably make Flash too serious. But I think Flash would be easier to remake than Barbarella.


Barbarella was a real psychedelic movie, I don't wanna say a movie of it's time though.

I was watching the music videos for M83's new album... and I could see that whole style working for a Barbarella remake

No no Tim Burton. Give it to JJ. Abrams. Tarantino would do a great Barbarrella.

I feel like a Flash Gordon remake would run into the same problem that John Carter ran into. The original source material influenced so many movies and comic books that the remake would just seem like a generic ripoff

Barbarella would be easier. Could see Tarantino, Robert Rodriguez or the dude who directed Thor Ragnorok doing it
